Winchester Hostel

The Mill, a National Trust property, spans the River Itchen. Inside, low beams and mill machinery and the impressive lofty hall make this hostel unique - but don't expect any frills because the facilities are modest. Near the Cathedral with its Jane Austen connections and other sights of historic interest, the hostel is also well placed for the Watercress Line Steam Railway, the South Downs Way and other long distance footpaths.
