St. Briavels Castle Hostel
This moated Norman Castle was once King John's hunting lodge and is now a good base for visiting the beautiful Wye Valley and Forest of Dean. Attractions nearby are Chepstow Castle, Tintern Abbey and Clearwell Caves. Many marked trails including the 112 mile Wye Valley Walk are popular.

Getting There
From M4, take M48 signed Chepstow. Exit onto A466, after 7 miles the road crosses the River Wye, turn immediately right and follow signs to St Briavels. Hostel is in the centre of village.
