Thurlby Hostel
Originally a 15th century forge with later additions, this traditional hostel has particularly pleasant lawned gardens for family games. Thurlby is surrounded by wooded walks and pretty stone villages. Look out for the Wool Churches built by local sheep farmers. Cycling, fishing and watersports at Rutland Water, and the historic market towns of Stamford, Boston and Spalding (with its tulip festival) are within easy reach. Near the Viking Way long distance path.
