Ideal area for riverside walks, forest tracks and routes to other hostels. Attractions include Swallow Falls, Ugly House, the bustling village of Betws-y-Coed, and the Plas-y-Brenin Activity Centre.

Difficult access to Hostel drive from Betws-y-Coed direction. Continue to junction with A4086, turn around and return to hostel. Steep driveway. By bus, ask driver to stop at Capel Curig Youth Hostel.
