From A30 or M5 jct 30 follow signs for Topsham: turn right at Countess Wear Roundabout, then left in to School Lane. From A379 follow signs for Topsham; turn left at Countess Wear Roundabout, then left into School Lane. From Exeter city centre follow signs to Exmouth and Topsham, turn right into school lane at Countess Wear Post Office.
